Tuckhop

Welcome from the Tuckshop staff. There are approximately 1100 students at Gladstone State High and we cater for at least 600 students each day. The tuckshop is a very busy place. We run three serving lines each day.

At Gladstone State High the tuckshop is our major fundraiser. That's right, we are not asking you to buy tickets, sell chocolates or lamingtons, but we do need your time. The work in the tuckshop is not hard, just time consuming. Volunteers assist in food preparation and restocking counters at lunchtime. They are not at any time responsible for handling money or serving students. Volunteering in the tuckshop is also a good opportunity to get to know your school, teachers, students and other parents.

Volunteering in the tuckshop is fun, easy, relaxed and friendly, and we extend a warm invitation for you to come along. Our busiest time is between 11.15 am and 12.15 pm, but any time you can spare would be appreciated and your help ensures that students are served quickly.

If you can assist at all, please complete the form and have your child return it to the tuckshop. Alternatively, you can fax it on 4976 6100 or email it to pandc@gladstonshs.qld.edu.au or phone the tuckshop direct on 4976 6146.

The ladies at the tuckshop look forward to meeting you.

If your child has any special dietry needs you can ring the Tuckshop on 49722318.
